I’ve had a couple of business meetings and I wore this look because I felt this was a very good look to make a very, very good impression. It shows you looking polished, sophisticated, but almost effortless at the same time. This is a very subtle look I achieved by using a lot of products I’m really loving right now. I realize they are all pretty high end products, so I will be posting together with the ones I actually used all the budget-friendly alternatives.

This was supposed to be a 5 minute makeup thing, but it was longer. Blame my eyebrows, they take forever! The video will give you a couple of tips to save time!

Products Used

Alternatives: To prep your face there are many primers and moisturizers, but nothing comparable to this one (the only thing that comes close is the Weleda Wild Rose Smoothing Day Cream). I do not have a pink undertone alternative for BB Creams or tinted moisturizers (the ones I’ve tried have more of a yellow/beige base – this one could be a possibility). Sleek makes a great concealer and they come in very handy palettes (you can buy here: shade 1, shade 2, shade 3, shade 4)

Alternatives: Maybelline makes a fantastic alternative to MAC Paint Pots called Color Tattoos. For eyeshadows you can use there following NYX eyeshadows: Dallas as a light base, Daffodil for the crease, and for the outer V use the color Eggplant. For eyeliner and mascara, Bourjois has a good selection of products that are good alternatives.

Alternatives: There are a couple of cream blushes you can use as an alternative, Maybelline Dream Mousse Blush is a good alternative. The Korres Wild Rose Brightening Concealer is for sure a good alternative for YSL.

Alternatives: Not exactly the same shade, but for a similar look and finish you can also use Korres Wild Rose Lip Butter.
